On May 29, 2016, 85 youth shooters gathered from Fox Township, Edinboro, Kane, Eldred and Warren County to participate in the SCTP Regional Shoot held at the Bradford Gun Club, nestled in the foothills of the Allegheny Mountains in Pennsylvania. Intermediate entry, intermediate advanced, junior varsity and varsity squads competed. MidwayUSA Foundation endowment money was given out to the top three teams:
1st place Warren County Claybusters
2nd place Fox Township
3rd place Lake Edinboro
Sherry Anderson, Pennsylvania SCTP trap state advisor, said, "The shoot went very well! So many youth shooters had their personal bests! SCTP welcomed new shooters and a new team to the program. Plans are already in progress for next years shoot! We have a few more new teams forming this year and will be ready to participate."
