Teams must be registered with the SASP National office in order to participate. Once your team is registered, simply download, complete and return the Letter of Intent form along with supporting documentation as outlined on the form. MidwayUSA Foundation will then arrange to have a fundraising package of TWO Ruger PC Carbines shipped to your FFL of choice. At least $1,500 per fundraising package shall be donated to a MidwayUSA Foundation TEAM Endowment, through a single contribution, which will be eligible for any applicable match available at the time of donation. Your team must use the MidwayUSA Foundation donation form for this promotion at the time of the donation.
